After School Clubs and Groups through Expanded Learning
This week Expanded Learning Program (also known as Half Time or ELOP) has opened up their registration for clubs, groups, and tutoring. They are using a new way to sign up, and it's all digital! Please make sure to create an account on 6crickets.com and sign up. There may be limited space in specific groups, but we plan to have clubs all throughout the school year so additional clubs or sessions will be added at a later date.

We’re kicking off the 100 Mile Club next week at our assembly! 🎉 This fun and exciting program encourages students to set a goal of walking or running 100 miles this school year. It’s a great way to stay active, build healthy habits, and reach a BIG milestone together! 🌟
💪 Parents & Families: We need your support! Help your child stay on track by walking or running with them, cheering them on, and celebrating every mile! Let’s make this a year of health and fitness, one step at a time. 👏

We're still looking for 2-3 dedicated parents to join our monthly meetings. You'll work alongside teachers, administrators, and our school counselor to:
  • 🤝 Collaborate with teachers & staff
  • 📊 Review important school data
  • 🌟 Support student achievement
  • 💡 Make a real difference!
Meetings are once a month, 2:15-3:00 PM in the school library.

Interested? Let us know by filling out the interest form linked below! The form will be open until September 5th.
Together, we can create an incredible learning environment for all our students.

Here’s what’s happening this week:
✅ Register as a member by September 8th to help your child’s classroom earn points
🍦 The top class in both lower and upper grades will win ice cream parties—yum!
👩‍🏫 Staff members are joining too and earning points for the Staff Group!
🏠 Remember, anyone in your household can be a member, including students! More members = more points for their class.

Color Run Fundraiser List of Items to Purchase
🎉 Exciting Event Alert! 🎉
🗓️ Date: Friday, September 20th
🎯 What: Our students will be raising money while having a blast at our fun run! As they run through the field, they'll be sprayed with food color-dyed water. It's going to be an unforgettable event 🌈full of color and energy!
🎒 Who: This is a Student/Teacher event, and we’re inviting all students from TK through 5th grade and their teachers to join in on the fun!
🙋‍♀️ Volunteers Needed: We're looking for volunteers to help make this event a success! Sign up through the PTO website calendar event.

🎁 Prizes for those who raise the most funds:
  • Top Fundraiser: Wins an iPad!
  • Second Place: $100 to Chuck E Cheese!
  • One upper-grade and one lower-grade class will each win a pizza party! 🍕
💌 Details:
  • Information flyer and funds collection envelope sent home on August 30.
  • Entry is free, but students can earn different items based on their fundraising.
  • Cash payments will be collected in the envelopes sent home, due by September 13.
