Starting this week, students in 3rd to 5th grades will start their California Assessment testing. Throughout the year, there will be numerous tests and/or assessments for all students. Here are some ways you can continue supporting your student during this important period as we finish of the year strong:
1. Encourage Regular Study Time: Establish a consistent study routine at home to reinforce learning concepts.
2. Provide a Quiet Study Space: Create a quiet and organized study area where your child can focus without distractions.
3. Review Homework and Assignments: Stay involved by reviewing completed homework and discussing any challenges or questions.
4. Promote Healthy Habits: Ensure your child gets enough sleep, eats well with healthy foods, and stays physically active to support their overall well-being and concentration.
5. Stay Positive and Encouraging: Offer words of encouragement and praise to boost your child's confidence throughout the testing period.
6. Finish strong with good attendance: Ensure your child attends school day to participate in all learning activities.
Together, we can help our students succeed and excel academically! Thank you for partnering with us. For more parent information, please see the Principal's Monthly Newsletter.
