Join Us for Parent Workshops on Mental Health and Wellness
Our district is hosting a series of workshops to support parents in nurturing their child’s health and well-being. These sessions will cover important topics, including:
Mental Health Awareness – Learn how to support your child’s emotional and mental well-being.
Growth Mindset – Discover strategies to help your child embrace challenges and thrive.
Stress Management – Explore practical ways to help your child manage stress effectively.
Grief and Loss – Gain tools to support your child through difficult times.
These topics are essential for building a strong foundation for your child’s overall health, confidence, and success.
