🌙 Who actually wants less sleep?

Nobody! (Okay… maybe a stubborn toddler refusing a nap or a teen staying up late with friends. 😅)

But most of us love our sleep—so the upcoming spring forward time change might not be our favorite. This weekend, most of the U.S. loses an hour of sleep, and that lost sleep can take a toll—especially on kids' physical and mental health.
